Park Rules
The Retreat RV & Campground on Styx River is a family oriented park and we look forward to everyone having a great time. We want all of our guests to enjoy our facilities and have a safe relaxing stay. This will only be possible with your help. Please respect other campers and our park facilities. We reserve the right to protect the rights of our guests, trees, and other natural beauties for the benefit and safety of all. Let's work together and make this a wonderful place for everyone to enjoy!
The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as daily activities, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, tubing or swimming in the Styx River at The Retreat. The Retreat, its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.

Guests
All visitors must stop at the office to register and pay a day-use fee for each person.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please be courteous of neighbors. Please be at your site/cabin by 10:00 PM.
Pets
We welcome pets in campsites and pet-friendly lodging/cabins. Pets should not be left outside unattended, please remember they are in an unfamiliar location to them. Kennels/pens are prohibited. Please do walk your pet on a visible leash no longer than 6 FT. while outside. As a reminder, please scoop your poop and dispose of in trash receptacles. Pets cannot go inside any park owned building besides approved cabins. Pets should access the river and at the pet approved river access only. Pets found that were not declared at the time of reservation will be retroactively charged the appropriate pet fee.
Due to insurance restrictions: No “vicious breeds” are allowed on the premises at any time, specifically to include but not limited to Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf, Wolf-Hybrids, etc., or any mixed breed including one of these breeds in its lineage, and/or dogs with a history of biting a human being. In addition, no wild or exotic animals, including but not limited to pythons, boa constrictors, wild cats of any kind, wild dogs of any kinds including wolves or wolf hybrids, monkeys, or apes, or pigs. Failure to comply with this restriction shall subject the guest and associated guests to immediate expulsion from the premises without full or partial refund.
Speed Limit
Speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. Watch for children at play. Pedestrians have the right of way.

Customer’s Use of The Retreat RV & Campground on Styx River d/b/a Kinetic Capital III., LLC Internet Access Network: You agree that the Service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state statute or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening, indecent or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree not to use the Service, including but not limited to, the modem and power supply for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purpose, or to achieve unauthorized access to any computer systems, software, data, or other copyright or patent-protected material. If you do, you acknowledge that you may be referred by The Retreat RV & Campground on Styx River d/b/a Kinetic Capital III., LLC to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. This internet access is not intended to be used for downloading movies, etc. nor can it be used to operate your own business or attend online classes.
